01. Acoustic Jam (32:34)

While the sound is not so great, the historic quality far outweights that! Here is a quite rare recording of Jimi playing acoustic! It is a private apt. reel that Jimi recorded himself. While 02-01 might not be the true date, it's very close otherwise.

He tries out several new songs, most have still only appeared on bootleg as of Feb 2004. "Send My Love To Linda", "Stepping Stone", "Freedom", "Here Comes The Sun" (no relation to Beatles song), "Cherokee Mist" and "Calling All Devil's Children" along others.

Mitch Mitchell is on this recording as well. Playing temple blocks (or something like that) in the beginng and the end, but it's really Jimi's time.

There are at times at this recording has appeared on a bootleg or two, but here it is complete and in the best sound possible!

There are very few private recordings, and even fewer acoustic Jimi moments, so for the deep collector, this is for you!

Please enjoy and spread!
