Es el "Stages" de Hendrix, una cajita con cuatro conciertos editada
por Polygram en 1991. Tuve la ocasión de escucharlos en el pograma
"Tren Tres" de Radio 3 y se me calló la mansdíbula al suelo %()
Muy buenos, sobre todos los de San Diego y Atlanta.

Aquí teneis una lista de todas las pistas, excepto las indicadas como
"bonus", porque es una edición diferente (Stages Plus).
El acabado también es diferente, por ejemplo el estampado de los CDs :

No van completos, de forma un poco incomprensible dejaron fuera de San
Diego "Little Wing", que tengo en una cinta antigua de éxitos de
Hendrix, y que también aparece en el disco "Hendrix in the West.

Pos defesto, al final subiré las carátulas frontal y trasera de cada
CD y trataré de escanear la caja, que va a estar difícil proque son
letras rojas metalizadas sobre fondo azul oscuro, y a causa de la
orientación del haz de luz de mi escáner, las letras metalizadas salen
oscurecidas. Por supuesto, si alguien se interesa escaneo también las
notas interiores, que son interesantes pero están en inglés, ya me
direis.

Stages (1990)
If you're going to buy one live Hendrix package, and you can't find In The West, buy this. A 4-CD set with one disk recorded in each year, 1967 to 1970: the Stockholm '67 show is excellent, though short; the Paris '68 show is flawed but interesting (and features Noel Redding playing guitar on "Red House"), and the '69 and '70 shows are representative shows from those periods. But do you really want four different live versions of "Foxey Lady," "Hey Joe" and "Purple Haze"? If not, just get Concerts, or wait for a better compilation to come along. (DBW)
